After purchase, you’ll instantly receive a link to our customer portal, where you can:

• 🐾 Fill out your Pet Portrait Order Form (upload your pet’s photo, name, and costume preference - King or Queen )
• 📦 Track your order status
• 🎨 Access and download your finished portraits once they’re ready

We’ll also send you an email notification as soon as your custom artwork is available for download.

🎁 How Can I Gift a Portrait?

Option 1 – Gift Through Gumroad

Select “Give as a gift” during checkout.

The recipient will receive an email with a link to complete the order form. They’ll be asked to provide:

• 🐶 Their pet’s name
• 🖼️ A photo of the pet
• 👑 Costume type (King or Queen)

Option 2 – Surprise Gift (Recommended)

If you already have the pet’s details, simply place the order as you would for yourself. Fill out the form with the gift recipient’s pet info.

Once the portrait is ready, you’ll receive the final files — perfect for printing, sharing, or surprising them with a personalized gift.

🐾 How Many Pets Can Be Included in One Portrait?

Each portrait is carefully crafted for one pet only.

We currently do not support multiple pets on a single portrait. Please place separate orders for each.
