Choose a clear photo with good lighting where your pet’s face, eyes, and ears are easy to see. Photos taken from the front, without heavy filters, blur, or objects covering the face, usually produce the strongest result.

Yes. You can include up to three pets in one portrait. Upload one clear photo for each pet so every face can be composed into the finished artwork.

A digital portrait costs $0.99 for each pet included. You can add up to three pets to one portrait, choose any available art style, and download the completed portrait without a watermark.

Paid portraits are usually completed within a few minutes. Provider demand or an image issue can sometimes cause a delay. Free portraits are processed in batches and may take longer. You can check the current status from your dashboard.

Your completed high resolution portrait is saved to your dashboard. You can download it when it’s ready and return to your account to download it again later.

Every custom digital portrait includes a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support within 30 days of purchase. We can offer a reasonable correction or regeneration, or refund the digital portrait purchase price to your original payment method.

Yes. After your portrait is ready, you can choose a framed or unframed print in 8×10, 11×14, or 16×20 and preview how your artwork will look before checkout.

Shipping is free within the United States. Print delivery is not available outside the United States right now. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the print and packaging. We normally provide a free replacement for confirmed shipping damage, manufacturing defects, printing defects, or an incorrect product.
